ICT Resources & Services for Home Use for Makerere University Community

To mitigate the impacts of COVID-19, the Directorate for ICT Support (DICTS) is endeavouring to provide continuous ICT support and a range of other IT resources to the community, both to ensure continuity of the directorate's mission, and that of the Makerere University to best support community members as they engage in their university activities remotely. DICTS is also taking action in line with the latest guidance from the Office of the Vice Chancellor, the President of the Republic of Uganda's directives, the Ministry of Health, in our efforts to ensure the continuity of DICTS operating activities towards support of the Makerere University community. As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we will adapt our plans and service delivery accordingly.

Note: On-site walk-in and repair service will be unavailable during this public health emergency.
