Holds a M.Sc. Information Systems and B.Sc. Information Systems Second Upper both from Makerere University currently working in the Directorate of ICT Support(DICTS) Makerere University as a Systems Administrator. Ezra has proficiency in information Systems Analysis, Development and Support with over 5 years working experience delivering Knowledge Management solutions. In 2018, Ezra was the Lead Developer for the Corporate Graduate Link (CoGL) an initiative by the Uganda National Chambers of Commerce and Makerere University to monitor job placements of fresh graduates from public Universities and their performance in Ugandan industries.

In 2016 under a Seed Fund by the Regional Universities Forum for Agriculture (RUFORUM), Ezra developed a framework and tool for Knowledge sharing between rural smallholder farmers and agricultural knowledge experts piloted in the Districts of Lira, Kole, Bukedea and Apac which was later nominated for the ACIA ICT Awards by the Uganda Communications Commission under the Digital Contents Category. 

Backed by his technical expertise in web development and Unix systems, he was involved in the development of a Knowledge Management System for the Climate Change Department (CCD) in the Ministry of Water and Environment. An Accomplished Mobile Application Developer with an exceptional eye for detail using ionic4 framework, Angular and NodeJS.
