Ali is a motivated and dependable person with over 5 years of experience in providing 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support in monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks of the organisation. installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.

He has passion for new technologies as well as improving support service levels and is one of those lucky few people who have been trained by some of the most professional and experienced Team at Directorate for ICT Support Makerere University (DICTs) where he severed as Volunteer and Intern.

Ali Holds a BSc degree in Business Computing from Makerere University, with certification awards such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Cyber Security, System Integration and Project Management, Server Virtualization among others.
