Evelyn has been working at DICTS since December 2001 and has been involved in various ICT support and public relation aspects thus the name "Mother Hen". As a Helpdesk Administrator, her work involves providing first line support to the university community on ICT related issues.

Evelyn holds a Master degree in Computer Science and currently pursuing a doctoral degree at DSV-Stockholm University. Her research aims at improving student learning through effective utilization of educational technologies in higher education contexts.
